You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and/or in original condition

  • The item must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
